About Us

Savage Properties is a real estate development company based in Boston, MA.  We specialize in the development of residential and mixed use properties in urban settings, and have completed hundreds of renovation and new construction projects.  Our portfolio includes approximately 300 units in Boston, Cambridge and surrounding areas.  With over 22 years in business, we strive to innovate through a hands on approach.

  • "The Tremont" (1478-1484 Tremont Street, Boston), a mixed-use luxury apartment building with two elevators, consisting of75,000sf+/- ofGLA, 66-residential units, 6,000sfofretail and 60-car parking garage, fitness center and common roof deck, completed 2016.

  • 1467 Tremont Street, Boston a mixed-use luxury apartment building with elevator, consisting of20,000sf+/- ofGLA, with 18-Residential Units, l,800sfRetail, JO-Car Parking Garage, 2-outside parking spaces and common roof deck, completed 2017.

  • "Longwood Terrace" (40 Fisher Ave., Boston), a 6-story luxury apartment building with elevator, consisting of22,000sf+/- of GLA, 15-residential units, fitness room, and10-car parking garage, completed 2018 .

  • "Longwood Row" (I Sewall St./1470-1474 Tremont St.), a 5-story luxury apartment building with elevator, consisting of35,000sf+/- of GLA, 33-residential units, 1,600 sf comer retail space, 10-car parking garage, fitness room & common roof deck, completed 2020.

  • 2007 Purchased 1435-1437 Tremont Street, from the City of Boston Division of Neighborhood Development (DND) and obtained variance from City of Boston Zoning Boston ZBA to develop a 7,500sfmixed-use masonry in-fill building

  • 2007 Awarded Storefront Grant, City of Boston Main Street for 1514 Tremont Street

  • 2007-Present Developed commercial spaces in Boston for the following businesses: Crispy Dough Pizzeria, Boardwalk Properties, Boston Property Services, Lilly's Gourmet Pasta Express, Metro PCS, Milk Weed, Chilacates Mexican Street Food, TrillFit, Tavern of Tales, In The Cut & Kinetic Remedy

  • 2008 Obtained variance from Boston ZBA for parking lot at 804 & 806 Parker Street

  • 2013 Article 80 Large Project Review/Boston Planning Development Authority (BPDA)

  • & Boston ZBA approvals for 1478-1484 Tremont Street

  • 2014 Article 80 Small Project Review/BPDA & Boston ZBA approvals for 1467 Tremont Street

  • 2014 Awarded Historic Preservation Award through the City of Boston Main Streets

  • 2014 Obtained variance from Boston ZBA for Parking Garage at 23 Hillside Street

  • 2015 Article 80 Small Project Review/BPDA & Boston ZBA approvals for 40 Fisher Avenue

  • 2016 Worked directly with City of Boston to implement the conversion of the city street lights at the Tremont Street Corridor from Brigham Circle to Roxbury Crossing
