Located in the Mission Hill neighborhood of Boston, 1558 Tremont Street is currently under review for the redevelopment of a 20,697 sf site.  An existing wood building and parking lot will be developed in to a luxury mixed use building consisting of 139 residential units, 1 retail storefront space, and a 54 space parking garage.  Construction is set to commence in 2022 with an anticipated completion date in 2024.
